Alexander (21-0, 13 KOs) pressured continually throughout the fight and effectively countered Andriy Kotelnik’s (31-4, 13 KOs) power shots.

Tavoris “Thunder” Cloud (21-0, 18 KOs) successfully defended his IBF light heavyweight championship with a unanimous 12 round decision over tough, Glen “The Road Warrior” Johnson (50-14-2, 34 KOs).

Cory Spinks lost his IBF junior middleweight championship to Cornelius Bundrage by TKO in round 5.

Ryan Coyne defeated Warren Browning for the Vacant WBC USNBC cruiserweight title in round 9.

Bantamweight Juan ‘Gallito’ Estrada (14-0, 12 KOs) stopped former national Mexican champion Carlos Rodriguez (16-8-3, 5 KOs) in round two. Time was 2:52.

Unbeaten Jr. featherweight prospect Roberto Marroquin (15-0, 12 KOs) scored a TKO over Jesus Quintero (8-5-2, 4 KOs) at 1:40 of round three.

Reynaldo Lopez (31-8-3, 22 KOs), defeated the former WBO bantamweight champion Mauricio Martinez (35-10-1, 23 KOs), in a battle for the New York State super bantamweight title in just 81 seconds.

Unbeaten super middleweight Lennox Allen (12-0-1, 7 KOs) and Darnell Boone (17-15-3, 7 KOs) fought to an eight round draw. Scores were 78-74 Allen and 76-76 twice.

Featherweight Gary Stark Jr. took a majority decision over journeyman Leopoldo Arocha.

Undefeated Devis Boschiero (27-0, 12 KOs) became the new National 130 lbs champion yesterday night at the Risorgimento Central Square in Avezzano, Italy, after scoring a spectacular ninth round KO over local idol and co-challenger Ivan Fiorletta (24-7-2, 7 KOs).
