Poland - The second edition of MLS - SPARTANWEAR Youth League at Plock - will be held on 07.08.2010 on the Sports Hall Street. Korczak. The MLS league has participants aged from 14 years to 21 years cultivating and in an amateur fight league consisting of: Kickboxing, Sanda, Muay Thai, boxing, karate, MMA, jujitsu, and grappling.

All fights the league will be held in the ring. The rules are K1 and allows for the following fighting styles: low - kick, K-1, Muay Thai, Sanda, MMA, karate and boxing.

SPARTANWEAR Youth League is organized under the auspices and based on the provisions PZKB (Polish Association of kickboxing).
