The Amateur Boxing Association of Wales have elected Francis Terrance Smith as its new chairman.

AIBA President Dr Ching-Kuo Wu has congratulated the newly-elected Chairman of the Welsh Amateur Boxing Association, Mr. Francis Terence Smith, on behalf of the entire AIBA family in a letter dated the 6th September.

In his letter Dr. CK WU, wrote that he was confident that the elections were in full compliance with the Welsh Boxing Association constitution and that he is very happy that the Welsh ABA has elected such a leader who will bfurther enhance boxing programs in Wales.
