Team Saigo has joined with the Kiyoukiyoku Budo Federation to bring the most complete three tier competition system to its organization. The primary focus is on well rounded Martial Arts development in a environment to allow participation by any Martial Arts Discipline , with full emphasis on safety and no age discrimination. Only a complete well rounded MMA fighter would win a Kiyoukiyoku Budo Federation competition.

It is an amateur inter-style martial arts competition featuring real martial artists representing their martial art system, such as judo, karate, jujitsu, aikido, ninjitsu, kempo, pancrase, kali, escrima, kung fu, etc. – ( * Contestant will wear the proper suit, and safety equipment and compete under very strict safety rules which are taken from these martial arts! )It is an amateur inter-style martial arts competition featuring real martial artists representing their martial art system, such as judo, karate, jujitsu, aikido, ninjitsu, kempo, pancrase, kali, escrima, kung fu, etc. – ( * Contestant will wear the proper suit, and safety equipment and compete under very strict safety rules which are taken from these martial arts! )

The International Kiyoukiyoku Budo Federation is headed by Gunshi John J. Williams, the 34^th generation headmaster (inheritor)  of theSaigo Ha Daito-Ryu Aiki Budo Federation(going back 1200 years through the Minamoto and Aizu clans) a holder of numerous awards and titles, who recently set a world record for the oldest professional MMA fighter to ever compete (*and win against a man 21 years younger) in a cage, at the age of 70 years old, along with this, he set hundreds of other records for weightlifting, boxing, judo, karate and other disciplines
